Conditions of use:

 1-shop Sty1.pl leads retail & ship orders via this website.
.2 All products offered in the shop are free from defects,and have been legally placed on the Polish market.
3.All prices on the website are gross prices (VAT included). Binding on the parties to the  price is the price which appears in the product at the time of the contract by the Customer.
4.On all goods sold in our store, we issue a VAT invoice.
5.Ordered goods are delivered by courier or through the Polish Post. Buyer is charged for delivery set by the scale of transport.
6.It has the following forms of payment:

• Bank transfer on our account:.we reserve the goods in our warehouse and send you e-mail containing our account number. When your payment is boked,we send the order.
  

•   Payment ecard and paypal :payment by credit card:  after payment is booked, we pack and send goods.

Approximate waiting time of delivery (in working days) at an average of 7 days. In case of payment by bank transfer, the time of receipt of the package extends the duration of the transfer .If the execution time would be longer than indicated on our website, we contact the buyer to confirm the execution of the contract and agree to the proposal deadline


We are not responsible for delays in delivery of consignments by the Polish Post and courier companies.

In the case of non-conformity , the advertised product with the protocol incompatibilities, and any expectations about how to fulfill our obligations, should be returned at the expense of store by courier.

We Respond to customer requests within 7 working days from the date of notification of non-compliance of the goods. If the case will require an eligible expert opinion or expertise outside the company, this period may be extended to 14 days

In each of those cases where the implementation of customer demands associated with the delivery of new or repaired product, all shipping costs bears the store.


The information on the web store does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Civil Code
The customer making the order through the mechanisms available to website store, makes an offer to buy a particular product under the conditions specified in the descriptions of product.
The moment of the conclusion of the sale-purchase agreement is the written confirmation of receipt of goods by the customer on the waybill consignment.
